Club Championships

A great weekend of golf took place over Saturday & Sunday 21st/22nd August when the knockout stages of the Gents, Ladies and Junior championships were concluded.

Congratulations to Andrew Farmer on winning the Gents Championship for the 7th time, to Megan Briggs for winning the Ladies Championship for the 7th time in a row, and to 16 year old Paul Reilly for winning the Junior Championship.  Full details and pictures of the finalists and winners are in the attached news link.

 2010 Championship Finals results

  Lachlan and the rest of his team had produced a course in great condition for the finals, so our thanks go to them.  We have been trialling a new “Greens Iron” over the past week, and this certainly seems to have improved the speed on the greens.

Ladies day is this coming saturday, so lets hope for an improvement in the weather before then.
